If you are a mom and are hoping for SOME flexibility, don’t bother. (San Diego location) I have daycare taken care of 6am-7pm, however they aren’t willing to schedule in that window while my husbands ship is out for a few more months. Location requires 24/7 availability. I was told to apply when he’s out of the military. I have my degree, insurance background, and years of sales and customer service.

Phone interview - asked basic questions regarding why we applied to the position and the company, if we felt we’d be able to handle having a position where we are the first point of contact after a wreck, and finally asked about availability.

Process was pretty straightforward, I applied online, within minutes I was sent an email for an assessment, within 24 hours I was able to schedule a phone interview. I was asked to come in for a final in person interview. I received an offer.

Process was very straightforward. I applied, and shortly after had the opportunity to take an assessment. Once those results came in a day or two later I was contacted to schedule a Webex interview. My interviewer was very nice and helpful and seemed genuinely engaged in my interview and getting to know me.
