A few phone interviews followed by a personality test, do not blow this off they use it for reference when considering you for future jobs. There is more testing on-site before the interview, then the interview itself. It probably could have been shorter if I was not away at school.

Interview
The first step is a we based interview through hirevu. There were 15 questions and you have to record and submit your response to each question. The next step is an on-site interview with HR Manager and hiring manager. This was a long process which took about 4 hours.
