Question 1
I had already explained to the interviewer that I had run my own business for the last 22 years and he still asked me Describe a time when you disagreed with your boss and how did you handle it. I told him again I was the boss. I then went on and said however if that would happen to me now I would handle it like this etc. It seemed to me that my being a previous business owner was a huge negative point with him!
There are two rounds. The first round is virtual and they ask about your background and if you can handle the process. For the second-round, You will shadow someone for 20 minutes then proceed for a 40 minute interview. There are a lot of situational questions.

You first fill out an assessment test. The assessment test isn't difficult; there are a few parts to it. First is the reading tables section. It asks you a question about the table and based on that you pick one of the four answers. This part is timed so you want to pace yourself a little bit. The other part is picking the statement that describes you the best, then the second-best statement out of three statements. Overall, this did not take long.
