      Claims Adjuster Interview

      Oct 5, 2019
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at GEICO in Jan 2019

      Interview

The initial interview over the phone was like any average interview with basic questions. However, the in-person interview process was overwhelming. You were given cases as if you are already an adjuster and you are expected to roleplay. Very vague explanations and help. And to make it even harder, they time you. For someone with no experience in being an adjuster then best of luck to you.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

A shop disagrees with your estimate of labor hours and says you are trying to cheat the customer, who do you handle the situation?
