Interview
PAPERWORK PAPERWORK PAPERWORK! After completing 2 tests online, you’re brought in for an interview and advised to allow at least 2.5 hours of your time to be there. You start out listening and reading the instructions for what you’ll be doing, this last about 15-20 minutes. There are several role plays, all of which involve acting as an adjuster. If you have never been in this field, you will have difficulty. One role play is an annoyed customer, another is figuring out the best route for your site visits, then a phone call about a claim, and another call with a “company representative.” I assume if you pass these you move to an actual interview but not sure.
