After applying online, recruiter will contact you and ask you to submit a file for several behavioral questions. Then do a online test. Next round is phone interview, then on-site interview.
First there is a questionnaire sent to you within one day of applying, then a modeling analyst exam in excel, then a phone interview, after that a Skype with the team

Written test scheduled 1 week after HR reach out, 2 more rounds of technical plus behavior interviews will be coming in the following 2 or 3 weeks. Usually took 1 week to receive the decision, and the next round of interview will be scheduled within 1 or 2 weeks after the response of the last round released

I just got the assessment so far right now, apply for the other position but was asked if I was interested in this one. The logical assessment is a little bit harder than the calculated one, and takes more time.
