I have passed the online assessment which includes one inductive testing and another one is GRE math testing, both took me around 1 hour to complete. I was told to have a phone interview with one of the team members. I hope it will not be so bad

Inductive testing and GRE math testing. Inductive testing is a little bit hard just like GMAT inductive questions, but another quantitative testing is much easier.
Spoke with the recruiter, then did a take-home math and logic test. Then had a phone call with a member of the hiring team. At the end I was flown out to the office and met with several team members.
Technical assessment, 1on1, and final round is talking to 4 people(manager/lead level) in a row. The test was easy, they also asked about some modeling experience, be prepared that you might need answer very detailed questions.
The first step is to fill in some pre-screen questionnaire. After that, HR will send an online assessment from SHL. The following processes include phone interview (30minutes) and onsite(4 rounds with different hiring managers)
