I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at GEICO (Chevy Chase, MD) in Dec 2019
Interview
The process started with the application, after which a questionnaire was to be filled out and then a phone interview was scheduled asking me if this was a job I wanted. Immediately after that I was given a technical writing assignment to finish up and submit within a couple days. Two weeks after that I got an email for an on-site interview and was told that I’d hear back from them within a week. When I didn’t hear back I contacted a couple HR employees and was told they decided to go with someone else. The whole process lasted 2 months, pay was below average for the area and had a bunch of steps to go through just to deny you at the end. The manager and director of the team were polite but the work the associates were working on seemed dull and required no qualifications really.
The interview process comprised three rounds: 1) HR, 2) Manager followed by an assignment, and 3) Team. Overall, it was a positive experience, taking about three months from application to outcome.

Interview
Lengthy and time consuming interview process. First an HR questionnaire submission, then a telephone interview with a team manger and a final interview with another team members. Overall the process seemed unorganized.
