First an online logical test. Not difficult, no need to study for it. Just be careful when doing the test. Then a 30 min phone interview asking about experiences on resume. Good experience in general.
The interview included behavioral questions, a case study focused on data interpretation and business reasoning, and a SQL technical assessment. It was conducted by multiple directors and covered both soft and technical skills.
