Interview
Had to take two tests to determine if I was "qualified" for the position and then they scheduled a phone interview after that. One was a personality test and the other was a weird computer simulation. The process happened pretty quickly.
It was an interview over zoom. After I applied I got a follow up email and then had my zoom interview. It was about 30 minutes long and they asked behavioral and situational questions along with info about salary.
