Not to bad, easy questions, informational, prior experience is a must. Explain about yourself and how you would be a good asset to the company. Know about the company and what they stand for and exactly what they may be looking for in someone to fill the position.
Initial interview, typing test to determine how fast you type and how accurate you are, role play on phone calls, final interview, y connecting with an employee while they take calls
Multitasking test...typing test which was in a noisy office you couldn't concentrate. Didn't get an interview with the managers....they told me to come back in 6 months and try it again....
