I had an initial screening call, which went well. I was invited in for an in-person interview. Scheduling the interview was difficult. There was not a lot communication from the recruiter, and after silence for over a week, I was given an interview time on short notice. The interview process was normal, with a few in-person interviews and a computer-based exercise. When it came to lunch, no one in the department could decide who to take me, and it was obvious that no one wanted to make time. I heard back via a standard email several weeks later that I had not been selected.
