Interview
The interview process was a test to see how you would do in a real world experience. Then if you passed that you were then sent off to a 12 week program.
It would have been nice to get some pointers as this was not something i knew how to do before or what to ask, so i didnt think it was fair. Besides, in a normal job scenario you are able to ask questions if you do not understand.
Passed the first interview which was questions about behavioral traits and then passed two assessment tests that were pretty easy with proper focus. I have my final interview tomorrow and am hoping that goes as well as the first
