First the HR representative calls you to ask preliminary questions then they set you up to go into the fredericksburg office. Then you have to take a customer service test which consists of real life situational questions and a typing test. If you pass they move to a 1:1 interview with a HR Representative and they ask you questions like why do you want to work for Geico? What do you want to do with your Degree once you graduate? etc then if you pass this interview they take you to the back and give you a paper to review for about 15 minutes and they set up mock calls where you have to role play. I didn't pass this part make sure you say the person who is mock calling you name and not just yes or no ma'am. Also please be prepared they had me there for at least 3 hours and no job offer.
