If you have half a brain, don't waste your time on applying for this program, and they will waste a lot of your time which you could spend applying for companies who actually take you seriously. I'm actually embarrassed for Geico , and have absolutely no interest in applying to a company that reflects such poor practices and hires such incompetent recruiters.
