Interview
After I filled out the online application and completed the personality assessment I was asked to do a phone interview. My interviewer called me about 15 minutes late and the actual interview lasted almost 25 minutes. At the end of the interview she invited me to come in and take their computer testing. The testing consisted of multitasking in the form of listening to fake voicemails and inputting data as well as a timed typing test. It was very easy to pass both of those. The employee who administered the tests said you needed a minimum of 25 WPM to pass. After passing the computer testing I was given a face to face interview. My interviewer was very pleasant and he seemed very willing to listen to everything i had to say. After the interview he asked me to stay for a role playing simulation. I had to memorize about 9 pages on a fake company and then take 3 fake phone calls regarding the company. The person doing this was pretty intense but the role playing wasn't too hard. The last step was doing a job shadow with someone on the floor for 2 hours. After that I talked to a manager and was offered the job.

Interview
You first fill out an assessment test. The assessment test isn't difficult; there are a few parts to it. First is the reading tables section. It asks you a question about the table and based on that you pick one of the four answers. This part is timed so you want to pace yourself a little bit. The other part is picking the statement that describes you the best, then the second-best statement out of three statements. Overall, this did not take long.
