GEICO Liability Determination Adjuster interview questions

Received call from the recruiter who was 15 minutes late. He just talked about the job and didn’t ask about my qualifications. He asked why I wasn’t looking for a job in music as that is what I graduated college with which I do not see why that is a relevant question. I asked since I have experience as an adjuster if I am able to negotiate my salary. He said this is an entry level position and I cannot negotiate. I guess this is the problem with big insurance companies. You’re just a number and not a person.
