The process took 1 week. I interviewed at GEICO (San Diego, CA) in May 2016
Interview
I interviewed for the management development program focused in sales. The interview focused a lot on what to do when you can't help a customer and how to handle that. I was also asked questions on how to tell an employee that they are not performing up to the necessary standard. It wasn't that difficult but definitely prepare stories regarding difficult customers and employees that are not learning the information. She was clearly reading from a card, but this is only the second step in the process. Also, be prepared with questions afterwards.

Question 1
How would you handle a difficult customer that you are not able to give them their request?

Interview
Marathon type interview process. Apply online, phone screening, online profile and testing, another phone interview, and then a Skype interview. If you pass all that then you're invited to interview with management. That involves coming on site, studying a bunch of material, role playing, and answering questions. If you pass all of that, then you finally get to interview with management. All of this took about three months, and felt like I was jumping through hoops the whole time. I was very interested, but the length of the process left many other reputable businesses plenty of time to conduct thorough interviews and competitive offers, one of which I eventually took.

Question 1
Typical behavioral questions. They are very upfront about the whole process, what the job entails, and what you have to do.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at GEICO (Indianapolis, IN) in Aug 2014
Interview
Did a few assessments and a mock phone conversation. Had an interview with 3 members of management. Overall a smooth process that seems to have improved in the time I have been here. The questions asked were fairly standard for a supervisor position and they did not throw any curveballs. The interviewers seemed genuinely interested in making it a comfortable and positive experience.
