The process went smoothly. They were really friendly and wanted to genuinely know our potential. All of us who were shortlisted had work experiences and we all did our best. Questions were asked based on the specialisation that we have opted. Mine was more focussed in operations , consulting. Brushing up the basic s of operations and the related terminologies and how you actually correlate it with your work experience matters. You can't mechanically give the answer to the question. You need to correlate it with how you have enabled and practised that in your workplace.

A simple question in consulting is what I remember now. My interview lasted 35 -40 mins and I was able to answer every technical questions and even this last question. But the significance of last question overpowers everything else. You need to consider them as your client and answer the questions
