The preliminary interview was good but the functional interview was not they expected the intern to know everything about the process and at the end hired people with experience in HR while the role was for operations

The interview process was very professional. The tests and interviews were very goal-oriented and the team was absolutely reliable with regards to dates and setting the right expectations. The stages of the process were clearly outlined beforehand and were quiet well-rounded in terms of types and topics.

After that I would move to the next round, a 30 minute interview, which was pretty standard.
