1st is general, where communication skills and basic questions are covered.
2nd interview is used to check your skills, and questions related to company and your cv and experience are asked. Case studies are asked as well. This is the main interview in my opinion.
3rd interview is HR Round and general Questions are asked and compatibility is checked,

The interviewer was polite and friendly throughout the interview. As it was my first interview, I was extremely nervous, which my interviewer understood and proceeded with care. The questions asked were good and can be answered with proper preparation about the role and the company. Make sure to back up whatever you say with evidence, and don't throw out loose words or sentences.
