I think this is the worst interview I've ever attended. It was an HR Screening Interview. I showed up ready in a video call just to be told to turn off the camera as the interviewer was not going to show their face.
The interview was cut short. They asked only one question: describe your experience.
Then, they asked if I had any questions. Yes, I did.
It appeared to me that the interviewer did not know the answers, so they decided to either keep it short or re-direct them to something else.
One of the very basic questions that a job applicant would like to know is about the structure of the team. What are the other roles in the team and how closely this role would work with me, etc. They told me "Why does that matter?".
I said that it is mentioned in the job description that this role needs to collaborate with their HR team members to work on certain projects. So, I would like to know what the projects are and who the team members or main stakeholders are.
Very unprofessional interviewer in my opinion.
