There really isn't much of an interview process. It's mostly just the recrutier blabbing on about the bonus incentives. The second I went to go ask a question regarding my territory, the recrutier caught attitude with me. She gave a big sigh and told me to write an email to HR explaining my bordering counties and what counties that I want to work. They processed my background check and wouldn't hire me due to some negative remarks on my credit. For a 100% commission role, what risks do they have to take on a high performing enterprise rep? I found the whole thing hilarious and a huge waste of my time. Glad I dodged a bullet here. Stay clear of this company my fellow job seekers.
