GHD Civil Technical Officer interview questions

I received a call from their HR department about attending an interview at a set time (I wasn't able to negotiate a more suitable for me time - I was only offered a phone interview option if I couldn't attend). It was a classic style interview with the HR person, the team leader, & the CAD manager with a questionnaire. After the first few questions it was obvious that the 2 interviewers (hr lady excluded) felt threatened by my qualifications, previous experience & skills.
