The recruitment process was well organised and professional throughout. It included online psychometric assessments followed by a final interview with two interviewers. The interview started with an overview of GHD and the role, followed by technical and competency-based questions, before finishing with an opportunity to ask questions. Although I wasn't successful, the interviewers were welcoming, respectful, and provided a positive experience overall.
