The process was very enjoyable with the Interviewers asking a range of behavioural and motivational questions in a comfortable setting. They also allowed me to ask questions about the company and gave in depth responses. I think they valued my honesty about my goals and ambitions. I am still waiting to hear back about an offer. I participated in one behavioural interview and an assessment centre stage ( which constisted of online cognitive ability testing, a group activity and an interview with a member of the HR team ). My main advice would be to be confident and clear but be yourself. GHD overall to me seemed like a very dignified but inclusive company.
