Privately emailed HR through a colleagues referral, had a 15min phone call with HR who then organised a face to face informal meeting with division head and team leader. 30min coffee talking about my current internship including work responsibilities and roles, my interests with respect to my career and my future goals/plans. Explained vacation period and overall undergraduate process at GHD, talked about possible opportunities in the future and really just got to understand who I am. Asked about past work experiences and what interested me about GHD. Productive chat, no pressure filled questions or fake scenarios. Just wanted to find out what I was like and if I would be a good fit for their team.
