Received a call for a phone interview. After a week or so wait, I was then asked to attend an interview in their local office. I was interviewed by four people, two of which were over the phone. The questions they asked were expected and the interviewers were welcoming.

What sort of experience in the industry do you have?
Very straight forward Interview. Previous Experience during work or at the Uni. For example, describe a time you have to adjust your approach, what happened, your actions, and the result.

5 behavioral questions with the STAR method answers and two games to check cognitive and critical thinking. Not too hard but also not too easy, not to have good preparation.

Video answers were required to three different interview questions.
Opportunity to re record answers several times was helpful.
Relatively quick and easy process, it only took 10-15 minutes to complete.
