Interview process was smooth because the next level schedule was also quick to be scheduled. The onshore counterpart as well were very nice and pleasant to talk with. Though, initially, I had a second thought of getting considered with the role since most of my Business Partnering are from Europe and US. Thankfully, they offered me the role. However, I'm disappointed because the hiring manager disclose my current asking with her current team and part of that was my former colleague in my previous work. I believe that was confidential.
