I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at GHD (Waterloo, ON) in Oct 2022
Interview
The interview took place at their regional headquarters in person and was called recruitment day. They called in all candidates on the same day for various events showcasing what working at the company was like. The interview was sandwiched in between these events and was 20 minutes long. They gave you a sheet assigning you to a group and it had you interview time, person, and office location. The interview itself was quite easy and was 4 questions that were behavioral based. They had a sheet of paper from where they asked the questions from. They said everyone will get a response whether they move on to the next stage or not. But have not received a response 4 months since.

I applied in-person. I interviewed at GHD (Melbourne) in Dec 2025
Interview
The interview process was well organised, professional, and welcoming. The interviewers created a comfortable environment that allowed me to discuss my background, technical knowledge, and career aspirations. The questions were relevant to the role and encouraged meaningful conversations about my experience, problem-solving approach, and interest in the company. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I appreciated the opportunity to learn more about the team and the projects.
Straightforward interview process comparable to other companies I had interviewed with. Dissappointingly, I ended up being offered an unrelated job to what I applied for or have the qualifications for
