Interview
The whole process is very quick and the HR has helped me a lot throughout the whole graduate program application. The final interview was very informative; they introduced the team, the projects they are working on at the moment and their expectations when working within the team; overall, it was a very positive experience! I have never come across any other engineering consulting companies as friendly and helpful as GHD.

Online Interview: 1. Introduce yourself. 2. Why did you choose your degree? 3. What else would you like to add for us to know you better? Final Interview: 1. Introduce yourself. 2. Tell me a time when you have to convenience stakeholders? How did you do it and what is the outcome? 3. What are your strategies for managing tight timelines? 4. Some other questions based on my previous intern experience.
Video interview which included behavioral questions, math games and puzzle games. There were 5 video questions and multiple attempts were allowed to answer them. There was no time limit on how long you could spend answering the questions.

The interview process was well organised, professional, and welcoming. The interviewers created a comfortable environment that allowed me to discuss my background, technical knowledge, and career aspirations. The questions were relevant to the role and encouraged meaningful conversations about my experience, problem-solving approach, and interest in the company. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I appreciated the opportunity to learn more about the team and the projects.
