First was a quick phone call, regarding why I applied for the role. Second interview was with the manager and team. Very informal conversation about my experiences and the role. After that I got a call from HR, saying I got an offer and the team will send me the offer the following week. Did not hear from them since, no reply back to my messages, emails and calls. Very unprofessional. After 4 months, the job advertisement is still up. Not sure what is going on.
