Very disappointing experience. It's been a month and I did not hear any kind of feedback whatsoever after my initial interview. After a week past my initial interview, I tried to reach out to the HR I talked with to get an update about my application, but my message was left on read through RCS chat. At least have the decency to reply to messages and don't leave job hunters hanging. It is quite telling of how unprofessional your hiring process is.
