Interview process was experience and skill acquisition oriented rather than resume focused.
Most of the questions were scenario based, required analytical thinking to answer.
The situations and scenarios were based on the company's maturity in the quality assurance field few years back and were designed to understand how the candidate can handle, change or improve the situational blocks in the team
