Had to speak to four different people over four rounds of interviews for a Senior Planner position. Questions and discussions were fruitful and easy going, but when they asked me for a fifth discussion I had to put my foot down and ask for an offer or I walk away. Got an average offer, which I accepted. Good relocation package.
