The interview process overall was great. The people were friendly and the conversations felt genuine and very informative. The process away pretty expedient which was exciting but also did not allow for much time to process a big step, as in changing employers. When all was said and done, the final interview (for offer signing) left me feeling like I was just another candidate and not valued as an individual, which was a 180 from the rest of my interviewing experience.
