I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at GIC (Singapore) in Oct 2016
Interview
Many rounds:
1) Online assessment (50 qns in 12 min)
2)1 HR round (about 1 hour, mainly about previous experience, and behavioural stuff, more fact-finding than anything)
3)behavioural online assessment ( I am quite incredulous at this? Are these tests scientifically proven)
4) Super day (1 group assessment, with many assessors, recognised some MDs among them. 1 round to review the performance during group round). 1-3 interviews in the afternoon depending on whether you are called by interviewers.
5)1 final round with MDs.
Overall quite positive experience. HR is professional and they spend long time trying to figure out my motivations.

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at GIC (Singapore)
Interview
After I applied online, they asked me to do an online video interview. Basically, they are all behavioral questions and around 6 questions. They give you 30 seconds to prepare for each question and 3 minutes to answer.
