Interview
Started off with a normal interview, then on to a presentation about a recent project and then a group assessment. The interview and the presentation took place right after the interview as a jumping off point from what your motivations are and showing your suitability for the position.

Could you give us an example of how you demonstrated leadership in a team exercise?
Have you dealt with any differences or conflicts within in a team? If so, how would you deal with it? If not, what would be your course of action and why?
