I applied online, GKN called for phone interview. They told me will set up face to face interview. Recruiter told me wait for hire manager come back from business trip after that she never set up for 2 Nd interviewers

Interview
The interview process was very professional and organized. We started with a manufacturing facility tour to review the manufacturing processes. After the facility tour, we had a formal interview that involved my direct manager and the Director of Quality. We spent time interviewing each other to ensure the company and I were a good fit. I was made an offer and accepted the position.
