Total application duration was 1.5 months, 2 meetings in the office & 1 assessment test. Apparently failed the assessment test but had to figure that out by myself, no call, no email, no nothing regarding my application. So I called myself to the person of the department, told me that the test showed I was not on the right level they are looking for (level much higher than in the application or what they told me in the first 2 meetings...weird). So, if gkn think that this is the way of treating their up coming professionals and do not have the courtesy or make the time available to tell their applications didn't make it... I'm not sure if anyone would be interested to work for a company like that..
