Application and shortlisting process were quick. I was offered an interview within a week of applying. Unfortunately during the interview it became clear that the job description did not align with the requirements for the role. I was quite taken aback by questions relating to an area of the role that was not advertised. Left with the impression that the team had received budget for an HR Coordinator, but in reality wanted an HR Advisor. Very disappointing as the advert did not align with expectations.
