Unfortunately never got to the interview process. Was asked for availability for initial interview, no response for weeks, then asked if I was available with 24 hours notice (I wasn't). Then offered the job to someone else. I understand if someone else is further along offering the job, but don't string me along by offering an interview and not following up. It's unprofessional.
