Interview
I was called for interview after sending my CV and covering letter. I was interviewed by the Line Manager and his boss and an HR employee. No psychometrics, verbal reasoning or IQ tests. In the first part I was talking about myself, things I have done and I had to answer some technical questions. In the second part, I had to answer competency based questions.
