I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at GKN Aerospace (Saint Louis, MO) in Aug 2013

Interview

two managers of the B2 program met with me and discussed job and job requirements, we met for a half hour, both were very courteous and knowledgeable. Both managers have spent much time on shop floor and realized the issues of completing needs on schedule, spent much time traveling to suppliers to work out difficulties or manufacturing of contractual requirements.
