No technical questions other than how I hope about working on a project. Was a contract offer. Spoke about my past experience and that was it. Offered the job, started a couple weeks later.

Applied for the position, had a lovely call to arrange a phone interview. Spoke with head of Engineering department and went very well, passed interview. Attended second face to face interview, questions were based around my experience, passed second interview. Couple of months if not more passed and then got told I didn't get the job mainly because I didn't have a degree. Asked for further feedback and I'm still waiting.
