Here are the most commonly searched roles for interview reports -
I completed 3 rounds and I believe there are 4 in total. The first round was a quick phone call with someone from HR more about what I knew about the role and job description. The second round was a virtual call someone from the team where I answered example competency based questions e.g "describe a time when have you had a disagreement with a colleague and have had to compromise", " tell me about a time you have had to champion something that others might not have agreed with". The third round was a case example where I was given a task that would commonly be done in that role. The team and HR were very nice, flexible around my schedule and communicated a lot with me. I also have the opportunity to get feedback so it was a good interview experience.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at GLG in Mar 2026
Interview
Started with HR screening phone call. Then did a take-home case study followed by a review interview to go over my thought process. The last round was 2 behavioral b2b interviews. Overall, a very pleasant experience with very quick turnaround and smooth communication. Each interview felt like a conversation, and all the interviewers were all very kind.
