The interview process was so long and discouraging. It began with around 40 minutes of online tasks focused on behavioural and trivia/IQ style questions, which felt irrelevant.
The first interview with hr involved extensive questioning, with little discussion about the role, expectations, salary, or work environment. The second interview repeated many of the same questions, just phrased differently.
During the second interview, the interviewer laughed while I was speaking on two occasions, which was distracting and unprofessional. This made me feel uncomfortable and raised concerns about the company culture and whether it would be a positive place to work.
I am looking to quit a toxic place but no anout to join another one . I would say please review your hiring process as you are pushing talents away.
The interview process was 4 rounds. 1 test in-between interview held on Google forms, 1 hours timed. Not very hard and was actually kinda fun.
1 screening
1 associate
1 test

2 seniors back to back
Not very har questions
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at GLG in Mar 2026
Interview
Started with HR screening phone call. Then did a take-home case study followed by a review interview to go over my thought process. The last round was 2 behavioral b2b interviews. Overall, a very pleasant experience with very quick turnaround and smooth communication. Each interview felt like a conversation, and all the interviewers were all very kind.
