Question 1
What are two key contributions you can bring to this role?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at GLG in Nov 2023
Interview
The interview process took 4 weeks and I was interviewed by 8 different people.
The first interview was through a phone call 1-1, and in general It was a positive experience, smooth and the interviewer was friendly and nice.
In the following interview stages I had to talk with 3 different people at the same time, where all were unfriendly and some did not even smile.
In overall, the point of an interview is to have a dialogue with the candidate and understand the skills and the experience they have and not create an uncomfortable, nervous situation with interviews who act like robots and do not even smile. Also, putting the candidate in a position to interview with 8 different people shows lack of confidence by the management.
