I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at GLG (London, England) in Nov 2016
Interview
Application form, telephone interview, first round interview, second round interview. The interview process was fairly smooth, met lots of different employees, which was good to get a feel for the company workplace environment. Received guidance from HR before each stage on what the next section would entail, which was helpful. Each in-person interview consisted of behavioural questions, with a couple of case studies, plus some self-evaluative questions too.
