I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at GLG (London, England)
Interview
The interview process was several stages long. It began with an initial phone interview which lasted about 30-45 mins and was a basic interview. They ask you to introduce yourself, what you know about the company and what you know about your potential role. This was followed by an in-person interview with your potential team leaders which was really 3 mini interviews in one. This interview was more in-depth as they sought to know more about you as an individual, whether your values fit those of the company and whether your personality and drive are adequate enough to join the team. These mini interviews I believe serve as a compatibility match to see whose team you would best fit. The next interview a few weeks later was with the team leaders' bosses, the higher-ups. This final interview was quite similar to the previous one only they asked more questions and there were multiple people in the room at one time. It was a bit intimidating but the interviewers were quite nice and helped put me at ease. As I had indicated that I spoke another language, this interview was followed by a final phone interview of about 30 minutes conducted in the target language (in my case, French).
